For the most common \u201cClass 53\u201d (ANSI\/AWWA C151\/A21.51), weight per foot ranges from about 11.4 lb\/ft for 3\u2033 pipe up to 370.5 lb\/ft for 48\u2033 pipe. When filled with water, total weight can more than double (e.g. 15.2 lb\/ft to 1199.4 lb\/ft for those same sizes).
